The event also introduced guests to the 5 S’s of wine tasting—see, swirl, sniff, sip, and savor—breaking down the essentials of appreciating wine in an approachable, interactive format. Complemented by thoughtful pairings from Café Amado’s kitchen, the tasting turned into an all-senses affair.
